Orders:

Our shipping cost is calculated via an integrated shipping software. It determines the total weight of the to-be shipped items and comes with a rate.

All prices are by default listed in Canadian Dollars.

Yes, you can get a discount. Upon subscribing to our newsletter, you are entitled for a 10% discount on your first purchase. With most orders, we will send out promotional and discount codes.

Shipping & Returns:

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the order time. It will be processed and shipped at the earliest possible.

Your products will be neatly packed and shipped via our most trusted carrier partners Canada Post, Purolator, UPS & FedEx.

Your products will usually arrive within 4-6 business days on a standard order. For express deliveries, we expect the order to arrive at your door within 2 business days.

If your shipment does not arrive on time, you can always check the tracking details or contact the respective carriers. Similarly, you can reach out to us, and we can help look into the delay. Due to COVID, some carriers have experienced lowered efficiency in their services. Alternatively, orders being shipped out to rural areas may experience regular delays.

Payment:

We accept all sorts of credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We take all payments before order is shipped. Your order will only be shipped once your payment has gone through. If at any point, your payment fails to reach us, we will try to contact you and resolve the issue.
