Bedding4Homes Limited (COMPANY NUMBER: ???). We are registered in Hong Kong and our Headquarters is located at Room 605, A2, 6/F, Cheong Wah Factory Building, 39-41 Sheung Heung Road, To Kwa Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Our T&Cs are an intellectual property. If found to be plagiarised, we have the rights to take legal action.
Defining our terms:
- “Website” refers to the Bedding4Homes website which can be accessed at
- “Account” refers to the account you shall be signing up for to place an Order
- “Business Day” consists of 9:00 am till 6:00, weekends and public holidays included.
- “Customer” refers to the person who orders our products
- “Order” refers to the products you choose to buy from our Platform
- “Order Confirmation” refers to the official email sent to you after you have placed your order.
- “Contract” refers to your order of the products
- “Platform” refers to our website, and any other Apps we employ to sell our products
- “You” refers to the Customers
In order to shop
You need to be at least 16 years old. You should also have an authorised debit or credit card that our system will intercept. The cards that are available for usage can be viewed at the bottom of our website.
You have to ensure your Account is set up. Keep in mind to provide your most updated information so that we can ensure a smoother delivery process.
When you place an order
We will send out an order confirmation email of your order. We will only process your order once the payment has been approved. Pre-authorisation check will therefore be necessary to ensure there is enough money in your card.
You can cancel your orders within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation in the email. However, you may not change the details of your order once it is confirmed. You will have to either cancel within the given time period, or wait until the original order is delivered, and then return the items and re-order.

Our prices and products
Our team constantly works hard in providing the most accurate and transparent information on our prices and products provided. However, sometimes, a slip-up may happen and there may be a faulty description or price listed. If this happens to a product under your order, we will contact you immediately and let you re-order or cancel it. If you choose to cancel the order, we will pay back a full refund. If we do not hear from you, we will automatically cancel your order.
Prices are written in US Dollars. Additional delivery costs will be added where applicable, and will be displayed in your final total before you proceed for payment.
Getting your products delivered to you
Our delivery rates will vary depending on your geographical area, and we will give you a clear definition on our rates before you finalise payment. We hope to deliver the products to you within the delivery time provided in the Order Confirmation. Nonetheless, sometimes unexpected circumstances such as bad weather or logistical issues may result in a delay of the delivery. We will keep you updated at every possible moment.
If you want to return your products
Please ensure that the products are in their original condition* and are unused. If you can return your item to us within 2 weeks of the date of delivery, we will give you a refund of the product prices. The delivery fee will unfortunately not be included in the refund. The refund will be returned through your original payment means. Once we receive the returned items, we will return the refund in the next 14 days.
If you return your products later than the aforementioned returns period, the items will be sent back to you as we no longer accept returns after 2 weeks. Furthermore, you will be asked to cover the delivery fee.
You may use your local couriers to return your products.
* The Products should be in their original condition when returned to us, together with the original packaging. We thoroughly check our items upon return. If any of our Products are found to have stains, or is damaged or torn (i.e. not in the same condition it was shipped to you in), we can refuse paying you the refund. Instead, we may send you back the items and ask you to cover the delivery fees as well.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every once in a while, we offer Promo Codes to you on our websites or emails. Using those will allow you to enjoy the products at a discounted price. All you have to do is to enter the Promo Codes as you are finalizing your order. The terms of the promo codes will be explicitly stated when we provide you with the voucher. However, if we detect a suspicion on the usage of the vouchers (such as somebody tampering with the code), we have every right to forfeit the use of that promo code.
As a trusted user of our services, you cannot use any third-party intervention to hack, commit a criminal offence, introduce viruses and service attacks, or any other action that endangers the data of all our customers’ data. A breach of this prohibition could result in a criminal offence in your respective law policies. As we take our customer data very seriously, we will report any malicious activity that is detected against our database.
Intellectual property and content
Any content that is available to customers on our platform are intellectual properties of Bedding4Homes and are thus protected by copyright laws around the globe and all the rights are reserved. While you are allowed to store, print and display our content for your own personal use only, if you are found to use our properties for further commercial purposes, legal action may be taken against you.
Linking to our site
You may link to www.bedding4homes.com as long as it is involved in a non-commercial purpose, and does not damage our reputation. Your usage also has to be fair and legal, and should not suggest any endorsement, association, or approval by Bedding4Homes where none exists.
Not satisfied with our service?
In case something does not go as expected, you may want to get in touch with us. We will try our best to reply back as soon as possible to solve any complains or enquiry.
If you’d like to make a complaint, we’d be grateful if you could describe the fault in our products in full details, and to provide us with your Order number that will be written in your email. If you do not hear from us within 7 days, please make further enquiries.
Changing our Terms and Conditions
We have all the rights to change, remove and alter any part of our Website, which includes our Terms and Conditions, at any time. Our terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the Hong Kong Law. All contacts between us and you will be made in the English language.
